Default window position

On the next release of OttoDeploy it should be opened in single user mode and it’s window position placed in a more natural position.

On all servers it runs on it seems to open up in the bottom right corner, and kind of off the screen.

Here too, but I usually use it on MacBook so didn’t see this…
