Please add comment field to deployments

As title says please give us a comment field where we can add description or remarks to a deployment (necessary with multi user workflows)

Hey Tobias,

Builds and Deployments now both have a description field you can use for this purpose (as of version 1.2.0)! It is available right underneath the title. Thank you!
