"S3 sync requires full license" message

getting this message on the server:
“info: s3 sync requires a full license, cancelling”

Claris Server on Linux. Was working until about 3/23/24 and then stopped. Websites aren’t able to write data to FM tables now.

Tried searching this forum but didn’t see anything. Any insight would be appreciated.

Welcome to the community. :slight_smile:

This sounds like an Otto 3 question. This forum is for OttoFMS ( Otto4 ). But I’ll bet your Otto 3 license expired around that same date, and reverted to a free version.

You can send an email to support@proofgeist.com for help with that license. Include the license with your email.

Would you recommend just updating to OttoFMS, rather than figuring out Otto 3 licensing?

Confirmed we are on Otto 3.

In the long run, yes you should upgrade. But you should take a look at these docs before you decide on the timing.
