Token failure when submitting support request

I tried to create a ticket in the console from the Server menu, and got the attached error…

Hi James - It looks like you might have several windows or tabs open with different ORGs open on them. If you can limit to one and switch ORGS when needed, that should resolve that error message.

If you want to keep easy access to to two Orgs at a time, you can use a different browser profile or a different browser. That will let you keep two Orgs active at once. You just can’t do it within the same browser Profile.

OK got it, this is working now. Just submitted a ticket with no issue.
